To become happier and more successful, part of the process is to consciously work on increasing the chemistry of your cranial fluid so your brain can perform more efficiently and at higher levels. You can increase your natural abilities and happiness by consciously adjusting the chemistry of your brains cranial fluid which is affected by your thoughts, diet/nutrition, exercise, rest, environment and physiology. Since your thoughts have the biggest impact on the brains chemistry, there’s where I’m going to focus. When you have positive thoughts, your brain secretes positive chemicals and increases the power of your brain. The secret of true and lasting happiness always comes from within. External pleasures never last. Happiness empowers greater insight, in each of us, for a collective world vision of peace. Unconditional happiness spreads incorruptible love and authentic freedom for all of creation living on this beautiful planet. You can be happy right now and for every moment to come for the rest of your life. It is all up to you. Being happy is the most powerful state you can learn to become. Happiness becomes you! Happiness is a state of satisfaction. Its something that is inside of you: rich or poor, black or white, beautiful or ugly. Its love and as like love, need our feeding day-by-day. Its a hard work, but step-by-step becomes easier. Everything begins with a smile, a sympathetic attitude, a hello and a truly wish of a good morning. In a short time others smiles comes. Its contagious! Then comes a song and, may be, a dancing. Before noticing will start the step of helping hand, looking besides... hearing, being friendly.
